Are you tired of tweezing, waxing and tedious topical depilatories?  Then electrolysis is the right choice for you.  My name is Sandra Pifer and I am a licensed electrologist.

My goal is to help others achieve their goals of permanently eliminating unwanted hair.

Electrology has been proven effective and has been the only permanent choice for hair removal in over 125 years.

With patience, continuous effort and determination, together we can succeed in accomplishing our goals of eliminating unwanted hair.

Electrology is the art and science of permanent hair removal utilizing probe devices.  A fine sterile probe is inserted into the hair follicle and a small amount of electrical energy is used to target the hair growth tissue.

When this is accomplished, the re-generative ability of the hair follicle is permanently eliminated.

There are three different methods:

  • Electrolysis: Direct current used to chemically treat the hair follicle.
  • Thermolysis: Alternating current using heat to target the area.
  • The Blend: A combination of both currents used sequentially or simultaneously.

Electrolysis is not a once only treatment remedy but a series of treatments.  Depending on your individual hair pattern, together, we can choose the method that works best for you.

In both men and women the most commonly treated areas are the hairline, eyebrows, upper and lower lip, cheeks, sideburns, chin, ears, neck, shoulders, arms, underarms, breasts, abdomen, bikini line, legs, back and chest.

The time to get permanent results varies with each person and depends on a number of factors including: the extent of the area being treated, hereditary growth patterns, previous types of temporary hair removal methods used, your sensitivity level, how well you heal, consistency in keeping appointments, and how well you follow treatment instructions.

In general, it takes 12 to 18 months to achieve true permanence.

Located in a private room. Everything used in the treatments is thoroughly disinfected.  Sterile, disposable probes, sterile tweezers and disposable gloves are always used.

It is important to follow your treatment schedule to obtain the best results and being on time is requested to ensure your full treatment.
